Service Description

Circuit-based group strength classes supervised by Tash, a Clinical Myotherapist and Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach. All fitness levels welcome. No experience necessary. Non-students welcome. Expect a combination of bodyweight, theraband, and dumbbell exercises, with some using the poles or horizontal bar. Designed for improving posture, joint mobility and everyday functionality.
